EasySheq Online is a product of SHEQ Warehouse (Pty) Ltd, a compliance company based in Pretoria, South Africa.
Founded by Neville John Dick, a certified ISO Lead Auditor and OHS specialist consultant with over 12 years’ experience in the SHEQ industry, the EasySheq Online platform is backed by real-world knowledge and a passion for digital transformation in compliance.

Samantha Herbst, a OHS Consulting Specialist, FSSC Food Safety Auditor and consultant with over 8 years experience in the OHS and Food Safety, with experience in the construction, manufacturing and food safety industries
Willem Bohnen is a Risk Specialist with over six years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) risk management and compliance, with a particular focus on the manufacturing and construction sectors. He is highly skilled in incident investigation and has successfully managed OHS contracts and coordinated site personnel both on-site and remotely, across national and international operations.
Willem holds certifications in HIRA, Incident Investigation, Firefighting, Working at Heights, and Fall Arrest. He is currently pursuing the NEBOSH International General Certificate to further deepen his expertise in global health and safety standards.
Crystal Grace, is a dynamic SHEQ professional with practical experience and certifications in Safety, Health, Quality (SHEQ) management and Environmental Management (ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor) compliance. She has supported organisations across manufacturing, construction, food, education, and corporate sectors in enhancing legal compliance, mitigating risks, and embedding effective management systems.
Her approach emphasizes practical, sustainable solutions that align with business objectives while protecting people and the environment.
